Shipping Policy

All VALOR orders are shipped via DHL from our US fulfillment partner with full tracking and insurance.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• You'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
• We ship to all 50 US states.
• International shipping is available on request. Contact us for a quote.
• Bespoke orders require 7–14 days for production before shipping.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your VALOR piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Bespoke and custom orders are final sale — not eligible for return.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-wear pieces. The item must be unworn and in original condition.

• Contact us to confirm the new size is in stock.
• Ship the original item back at your expense.
• We'll ship the new size free of charge once we receive the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
